Play Town Refund Policy
Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations at Play Town:
• Memberships, Daily Admission, and Party Packages: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for memberships, daily admission, or party packages.
• Party Booking Deposits: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party date and time. This deposit secures your booking and will be applied toward your total party balance.
• Monthly Membership Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your monthly membership, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice before your next scheduled payment. Late cancellation requests may not be processed in time to prevent the next charge.

Socks are required
Socks are required for everyone that enters the play area. Grip socks are recommended for children. We do have socks for sale if you forget to bring yours.
